Patching the broker without stopping the line
Plant-floor messaging can't go down for a broker migration mid-production-run. The fix is backported onto the qualified version and scheduled inside an existing maintenance window.

Plant-floor messaging runs continuously against a production schedule that already has its own maintenance windows. A broker migration means downtime outside that plan; a CVE fix has to fit inside it.

Approach
The fix is backported onto the qualified version and scheduled to land inside the plant's existing maintenance window, rather than requiring a new one.
